Wanderings on the Char Dham pilgrimage

The “Chota” Char Dham (The Four Abodes) is one of the most important Hindu pilgrimages. For hundreds of years the devote have journeyed to the Indian Himalayas. Located in the mountainous area of northern India the pilgrimage consists of four temple sights-Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedranath and Badrinath. I traveled to India and was fortunate to be able to experience this special region and complete the Char Dham. What was to be a trip of documentation turned into something else. For me, India is a very unique and familiar place.
